Cancellation Rights, Returns and Warranties.

Cancellation of orders that have not yet been shipped:
To cancel an order, please send us an email indicating your order number and the reason for cancellation no later than twenty-four hours after placing the order.
It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped.

Cancelling shipped orders: If you wish to return your order after it has been shipped, we will not refund shipping costs. After receiving the order, the customer has 15 days to return the order to CloudCastles' address. The Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. If the order is paid in advance, you must send an e-mail with your bank details (account number and holder of the same) necessary to be able to make the refund of money, as well as the number of the order that refused.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must comply with the following conditions:

You must include everything that was sent with the product namely manuals, cables, original box and other accessories;
All accessories must be in a state of conservation considered new;
Items that show signs of use or wear will not be accepted for return;
We will not accept returns of cartomizers or cartridges that have been used, if so, the user will be charged for the cost of the same;
